Based on analysis of online services, we are established a close cooperation with ERV pojistovna in the middle of the year 2012. The ERV is decided to concentrate on consolidation of application associated with the selling travel insurance and leave the care of all internet services to one particular vendor.

Making the claim – application for making claim became the first swallow. Among the other things, we are concentrated on scope of particular claims during our implementation. The single claims were adjusted so they required only necessary data and only when they are related to the specific claim. Together with making claim the application allows to upload all relating documents. ERV website – the next following project was launching web presentation which can pride by connection with all the others ERV applications including online sales of travel insurance. Part of the redesign was to adjust structure of website. New structure is ordered with considering on quick finding of information about travel insurance. Web pages are created in new technologies HTML 5 and CSS 3 (http://www.ervpojistovna.cz/en/).
