For the applications, we operate the server farm at the top-ranked telecommunication house, GTS Novera with a continuous supervisory center. Within the frame of the company, we provide the redundancy of all elements that are essential for the operation of the systems and the load balancing at the servers according to the application needs. The telecommunication house is situated at one of the central points of the Czech Republic Internet backbone and therefore no downtimes will be caused by accidental damages to the cable or an outage of the connection provider.
We guarantee continuous monitoring of the entire server farm in the 24/7 mode on behalf of the telecommunication house provider and our operation team. All critical servers are monitored by the active supervision system, which immediately reports any problems
